Abdominal Plank World Record
On May 9, 2019, I attempted to break the world record by abdominal-planking for three hours and forty-five minutes. I succeeded. After the record was broken by another Female, I was thinking will be a great challenge for me to attempt to break a new world record and plank for 5 Hours.

Boston Marathon Qualifier
What it takes to run a Marathon 26.2 Miles goes well beyond physically trainer even though being physically trained is crucial so you won't get injured or simply to be able to cross the finish line. I get asked many times "Why I ran Marathons" and all I can say is that: Every time I cross the finish line, it fulfills my soul, my drive, my purpose and it makes me who I am. It's not what it does to me physically but what it does to my mind. It's far beyond that. I am very excited to run the Boston Marathon 2022!
Kilimanjaro Mountain Adventure
This trip wasn’t just about going to Africa or climbing the Kilimanjaro mountain. It was way much more than that. Opportunities come only a few times in our lives, but truly special ones only come once. It is our responsibility to understand how to differentiate these opportunities and use them either for personal or professional reasons, regardless of our excuses or circumstances. Life is full of surprises and I believe that everything happens for a reason.
